Refund policy

• If you need to cancel a booked class, cancellation more than 10 days prior to the class date allows for the option to reschedule to another class or receive a full refund.
• Cancellation 9 days or less prior to the class date will not result in a refund but offers the opportunity to move to another class.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the class start time, for any reason including illness, will result in no refund and no chance to reschedule due to the significant preparation involved, including the purchase of premium ingredients and complimentary extras.
• If for some reason you can’t use your ticket and wish to pass it on to a friend or family member, please note they must be 18+ years of age (see Terms and Condition below)
